This is our first experience in owning a rental property and we decided to try Rent & Repeat as our management company for 2 or 3 months and then evaluate our experience. A year later we can truly say they have made the experience absolutely painless for us! Our cabin’s occupancy rate is so far beyond our expectations!  Almost every review comments about great and timely communication with the management company (Sara and team) and, about how clean the cabin is. They take care of everything from having the cabin cleaned, stocking it with consumable products, cleaning the hot tub and doing everything to take care of our guests.  We could not be happier with the services provided by Rent & Repeat and continue to look forward to a prosperous partnership.

We had such an amazing and exciting visit to this beautiful, clean cabin. The house was perfect and had everything we needed to cook, entertain and be happy and relaxed. Our kids were elearning so we spent a lot of time in this cozy home. The hosts were beyond excellent and responsive. The little touches were so warm and welcoming. The s’mores, firewood, flowers, candle and pumpkins made is all so extra special. We came at the perfect time and watched the leaves change color and fall to the ground . We had so much excitement as well. A bear decided to tear apart the trash and the kids found that so exciting. We saw deer and chipmunks. Our family made incredible memories, surely ones we will never forget. Very blessed and thankful during this crazy year of Covid. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
